Ok so for about 2 weeks now I have been feeling this pain in my legs it feels like I been in the gym all day all night and not stopped it actually really hurts. I do find it helps if I've slept but it seems to always be there. I don't sleep at normal hours I find it so hard, I tried seeing my dr but can't get an appointment so got to try an emergency app next week but I'm curious has anyone felt this before and if so what did you do to try help it? It's in both legs too it's Making me feel like I can't do anything :( I suffer from anxiety ( mostly about sick ) so this isn't helping and I was just over coming that too. Thinking is this another form of anxiety and it's showing it's ugly face now. All suggestions and stories welcome oh and no I don't go gym and not even been walking at all / on my feet

try some lemon and limes blend them up if you have a blender include the skins and add a bit of cayenne pepper as this takes the nutrients further into your body, once in the morning and once 7 hours later you can also sip some through the day.

these are some of the benefits warm it up to body temperature no more. Also take a couple of drops of Iodine in distilled water every three hours you need to take this after food

1) The warm lemon water helps purify and stimulate the liver. Lemon/lime water liquefies bile while inhibiting excess bile flow.

2) Warm lemon/lime water aids digestion. It's atomic composition is similar to saliva and the hydrochloric acid of digestive juices.

3) The liver produces more enzymes from lemon/lime water than any other food, according to A.F. Beddoe, author of Biological Ionization as Applied to Human Nutrition.

4) The lemon/lime water helps bowels eliminate naturally and easily.

5) Lemons and limes are high in potassium. Potassium is an important mineral that works with sodium for smooth electrical transmission in the brain and nervous system. Depression, anxiety, fogginess, and forgetfulness can often be traced to low potassium blood levels. That same nervous system needs potassium to assure steady signals to the heart. So your heart health is improved from the lemon water's potassium.

6) Calcium and magnesium are plentiful in good ratio to each other in lemon/lime water. Magnesium is important for heart health and calcium prevents rickets.

7) Lemon/lime water can help lower blood pressure.

8) Lemon/lime water has an alkalizing effect in the body as it is buffered. Even if you drink it just before any meal, it will help your body maintain a higher pH than if you didn't drink it. The higher or more alkaline your pH, the more your inner terrain is resistant to minor and major disease.

9) Helps dilute uric acid, which if it accumulates it creates arthritic pain or gout.

10) Helps reduce phlegm in the body.

make sure you completely clean the skins or even scrape some off try and get organic.

Chop it up with a knife or go round a friends house and use their blender warm some distilled water up to 96 97f or 36 to 37 celsius then add it in

If you google dr wilson iodine and read his article on iodine you will get a better idea you want to try and source the original lugols which is 7% or try and find some brown seaweed.

Also try and remove fluoride from your body this is one of the main causes of anxiety tamarind borax and iodine are the best for it don, t use a microwave to cook anything they are really bad for food and try and cook your food under 50 celsius

You have the internet so research things yourself and you will find plenty of natural cures remember theres no money in curing people so you have to educate yourself when im on an easier device i can post some links if you need them but its always best to do stuff yourself
