My anxiety been on top of me after two days ago finding out my girlfriend booked the flights to go florida for next and i havent been on a plane for 7years , after now knowing im going on vacation now my mind dont stop racing on going on a plane for two hours before knowing i was going to florida or even book the trip i was fine but now my mind wont leave me alone just negative thoughts and nervous all day for no reason and thinking to much and my head feeling numb . before even booking anything i was fine and now that i know everything is bought im panicking for no reason can't stop thinking .

Hi Johnnie, it may seem like you are panicking for no reason but your mind is playing
every step of this upcoming trip as if you are experiencing it at this very moment.
It's terrible how anxiety plays up to our fears.
You have about a month before the day of the trip arrives. You have to make some
choices now or you will be completely worn mentally and physically in July.
You need to get this figured out so you can have some peace of mind.
You may need some intense therapy to get you to that point. xx

I suffer from anxiety myself and sometimes on the train to university I find myself unable to breathe and feel very anxious and scared.
What helps me is listening to music, do you have any favourite songs you could download?
I sometimes watch or listen to funny podcasts or tv shows, the jokes usually distract me. Or I tend to mostly call my friends or text them and an interesting topic usually leads to distract me and can calm my breathing during the activity.
I think maybe you should try these next time to you get anxious and on the flight. Maybe talk to your girlfriend? Have a conversation about all the funny things you’ve both maybe witnessed or any funny memories? If worse comes to worse you could get some prescription medication to calm your nerves or even put you to sleep?
