It kinda sounds like an inner ear infection?

ive had my ears checked all clear ive been back and fourth to the doctors and they either say anxiety or because my iron levels are low.

I've had low iron levels I just got headaches and really tired so I don't know much about that. Have you changed or started medication for your anxiety?

im not on any medication as its the dizziness that causes my anxiety its a vicious circle

Maybe just talk to a doctor about possible vertigo?

Anxiety does cause you to pass large amounts of urine, I find that when I have an anxiety attack. I have palpitations and Dizziness too, I would pass urine every half hour during one and it was copious amounts too. I have had it for many years people do not understand what we go through, it seems to be beyond our control.
