I have replied to your posts before and can clearly see this fear is really feeding your anxiety
Anxiety can affect your breathing and long term if you stay anxious
We can get aches and pains sometimes that can be anxiety related
You have had so many tests all come clear but it feels like this has not eased your anxiety or symptoms you are feeling
As none of us our Doctors I think the best thing as this has been going on so long would be for you to either ask your Doctor to refer you for some kind of Counselling for your anxiety or ask for a second opinion over your health
Sometimes reassurance is a good thing and can take the fear away but it always comes back and only lasts for a short while and when this happens then that is when we need to get the right help and I think this is what you would benefit from most
Talk to your Doctor again and get the help you need and deserve
Hiya Lee. I've written you a few replies on your anxiety stories. I also suffer from backpain, neck pain, arm pain, sore throat, intense chest tightness etc. To me it's pure anxiety and panic attacks. Your story sounds similar. Maybe it'll ease your mind a little.
