Im having dizziness or vertigo?im not sure if its dizziness or vertigo.Everytime i move my arms especially brushing my teeth and washing my body with soap im having this sensation it feel like my upper half of my body is bouncing up and down in every movement of my arms.not sure if its my upper half of my body (from head to the midline of my spinal column) or maybe a feeling like my brain is going up to the top of my skull and down to the bottom of my skull.I know you cant feel the brain but thats how i describe my sensation.and the weird thing is this even when i move my thighs while sitting down i get that up and down sensation.its like a spring that goes up and down.im having a stiff neck at the back for almost 3 months that maybe causes my pain behind my left eye.im also having a ringing in my ear maybe twice a week.im also having a head pressure while lying down.and palpitation while lying down i usually feel the palpitation in my tail bone part.palpitation behind my neck.and when i take a deep breathe my body shakes a little maybe because during inhalation i can feel my palpitation or heart beat..my main concern is the up and down dizziness.but i also included my other symptoms.Test done:xray, cbc, thyroid. Im also thinking i have brain tumor because of the dizziness and head pressure while lying down.so far ive just went to retinologist and done funduscopy to see my eyes and behind my eyes and he doesnt seen any pressure or papilledema(sign of high intercranial pressure) anyone having this symptoms?is it just anxiety?blood related or what?thank you so much and God bless!

Is this dizziness?vertigo?blood circulation related?anxiety?or brain tumor?
Hi we cannot answer your questions I'm afraid as there are no medical professionals on here. Even if there were you couldn't be diagnosed over the internet. You need to see your doctor.
Thanks hoping someone can answer with symptom like mine
Hypercat at is right. We are not doctors and being diagnosed for a brain tumor takes going through extensive imaging testS. Dizziness, vertigo are usually symptoms of something else. You should truly discuss these symptoms with your doctor, let him/her give you the right tests and proper diagnosis, as nothing takes the place between the relationship of your doctor and your long term health.
Hi Migssss. I am interested to hear how you have been getting on. I have been getting similar feelings and it is rather scary. I have seen a physio who told me that my muscles were very tense, especially round my neck and shoulders and he did quite a bit to relieve the tension but I need to careful how I sit as the wrong movement makes me feel as though I shall pass out or fall down a big hole.
I do hope you have managed to find an answer and are already feeling better. Sometimes not knowing what the heck is wrong is enough to trigger enormous amounts of anxiety. x
Its still the same.dont know the answer yet.have you done mri?
I haven't done MRI. Have you? The physio said there are many reasons for these feelings and it would seem I have most of them. I suffer migraines (now aura only )and usual bp issues that can come with passing years. I have suffered on and off through my adult life and I was sent to see a neurologist who felt that I did not need a scan. They don't like to do these things lightly for various reasons.
Im thinking maybe we have autoimmune disease like vasculitis or rheumatoid arthritis that affects the flow of our blood
I was diagnosed with venous insufficiency a year ago. Saw vascular surgeon. This was not due to my wobbly feelngs but due to a red patch appearing on one of my legs. I was told to wear compression socks but could not get on with them. May ap cancelled with hospital due to Covid and last saw hospital nurse on Wednesday. I was feeling weak and wobbly at the time but she said it had nothing to do with what was going on in my legs.
Would be good to get an answer to thid somewhere along the line wouldn't it!? 😏
Whats your dizziness?circular or up and down?
Over time it has been a bit of everything. Sometimes spinning (horrible) was put down to labrythitis. Sometimes just off balance, sometimes almost like a shock going through my head and used to get it when in supermarkets especially when lights flickered. Was scared to go out or even move at times. At times when I have felt well (I can just remember) I felt invincible. How long have you been suffering? Did you go back to the doctor?
