Hi, yes, I’ve have the same feeling sometimes. Short breaths, feel like I’m forgetting to breath. So annoying. My thoughts are affecting my breathing. When I’m busy, I don’t think about and breathe normal. Soon as I’m not doing anything, it’s back.. lasts for awhile sometimes. Back to your question, yes I have that feeling too. My back feels tight. Could be back related or muscle tension. It’s good you got the chest x Ray. We have to figure out what is making us anxious and try to change it or find coping skills. I look up so many things on google to help me with is. It’s awful, we are convinced there is something so wrong with our health. We have to change our thoughts. It’s not easy sometimes. Sorry for the long text. Reach out if you want to talk. So grateful for this site. It really helps. 🌝
