I showered without freaking out, sat outside in the sun for a bit. But ugh I started to feel myself breathe too quickly and the feelings of panic started to set in so I am now practicing breathing. I need to go get an oil change in the car and I think that is what is worrying me subconsciously on top of negative thoughts + derealization. I guess I’ll just get up and go out to the car anyways. 😳 Self talk and breathing is sortve helping.. I just have to get past the thoughts and derealization. Wish me luck. 😳🤞🏼

anon, while you wait for oil change, it's good to do your deep breathing.
YouTube (if you are able to get in) "10minute Meditation for Anxiety"
by Goodful... Your car should be ready by the time you finish meditation xx
Agora it is so scary. 😪😓😭 I had to pull over at a gas station and sit in the parking lot to get myself together. The oil change place turned out to be closed. So I bought a cold water and I’m sitting here shaking waiting to feel normal again. I will watch that right now.
Ty for the video. It really did help.. it made me tear up a bit but I feel much much more calm now. I’ve saved it for later.
Namaste dearest friend xx
Have you ever gotten a headache after an intense anxiety attack? I’m feeling one come on
xx
Just about always....a muscle contraction headache
You were very wound up in the car, crying and shaking
which caused your muscles to get tight in your neck,
face (from crying) and shoulders. Make sure you hydrate.
And relax. Bring your shoulders down away from your ears
and Breathe. Long slow exhales. Whew.... xx
Rats.. 😑 Can’t win for losing.
It’s so funny, I wonder why we hold our shoulders up and clench our jaws.
Yeppa...being scared will do that to us everytime.
Once you start the breathing properly before it gets
to that point, your symptoms will slowly disappear
Can't fight it, accept it as a lie and cowardly thought. xx
You know, I woke up this morning and my shoulder muscles were a bit sore. Hmm it is all adding up.
I think I’ll start meditating 🧘🏼♀️ once a day to start my mornings off.
