I still have stomach problems and they ran so many test and everything is coming back normal. They did find gerd, gastritis and a hernia. But i don’t think that has to anything with pain! I keep Losing so much weight ... the dr seemed concerned but doesn’t know why I’m losing weight ! I’m now really believing that ihave something serious and I’m gonna die my anxiety has been so bad and so has my depression

Gastritis and hernia can both cause pain. So it’s likely one or both are causing problems for you in this regard. Side effects like lack of appetite, nausea, etc. Can you get back in touch with your doctors?

If you are not eating enough calories to maintain your weight, you are gonna lose weight. You might be unintentionally not eating enough, but if you look at it from a numbers standpoint.... If you miss eating for example 250 calories per day (a snack or eating smaller portions can make up this amount) this equals losing half a pound a week (1 pound = 3500 calories).

Try to eat more, maybe Protien shakes or smoothies (with ingredients you tolerate and tailored to your own tastes and likes). I hope you get feeling better soon.
