Guys can someone relate have anyone on hear had breathing difficulties that have lasted 8weeks every second of the day without it going

Hi guys could someone relate to me please Ive had weird scary breathing for 8weeks every second of the day with out it going away can the breathing with anxiety last this long without it going it’s all in my throat really feels like my airways are closed a bit and that’s effecting my breath but I’ve got a oximiter at home and it shows my oxygen is 98 can someone please tell me if they’ve had the breathing for this long before

Your oxygen levels are fine which is good and I have breathing problems tat last but part of it I know is due to anxiety but I also have Asthma and with Asthma you oxygen levels can be fine but you still feel your breathing is not so I wonder if it could be anxiety , you could have Asthma or even allergies

I would if possible either talk or see your Doctor as they can make a proper diagnosis

I agree with maybe asthma or allergies? Anxiety is so hard and we get all these different symptoms. I struggled with anxiety and breathing problems I went to he E.R every other day. It was anxiety. Anxiety is a very scary thing. Hope you find relief. Can maybe going to the dr and getting blood work done make you feel better that nothing is wrong? One of the first drs I had even let me get my heart checked, i wore a holter monitor everything always came back normal. Maybe getting test done will ease your mind.
