Changing my thoughts

I see myself on the beach, relaxing on the sand, looking out into the ocean. Im watching the waves waning & waxing, coming & going continuously unto the shore. My thoughts are enjoyment, peace, calmness, beauty, flowing with nature. Realizing that each wave continuously are our experiences in life. So I can use these thoughts in my daily life expriences to let go of fear, stress, anxiety, panic, depression, pain, judgement, uncertainty, past, future, etc. Just enjoy every wave. 😎✌❀

You can also use the visualization of πŸ„ the wave when anxiety builds up. The wave (emotion) builds until it breaks and rolls into the beach, ride safely completed. You are calm again

Marc. What a beautiful scenario. The sea and ocean scenery is my go to as well. I am never more relaxed and happier when near an ocean. I am happy you can find a place of peace in your head to retreat too. Let’s enjoy the waves 🌊 πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š
