Thanks for your reply thought I was going insane it’s being going nuts these past few days don’t think it helps I can’t sleep worrying about all this going off in the world x thanks for replying agin x

I’m not 100% sure what it is like thudding and I really feel it yeah like heart jumps a beat then another and another I can really feel it then I’m fine for a while till I put my mind to it x

Yes this happens to me too! My overall anxiety worsens during that time too. Not sure why!

Yes, I have PVCs and PACs and they're always worse just before and during my period. Both by gyno and primary care doctor have told me it's very common in women who are already susceptible to palpitations.

Yes! It makes me feel crazy and I cannot sleep, but it always happens 3-4 days before my period starts. The palpitations are worse at night so I can't sleep and I'm super miserable. As soon as my period starts, the palpitations go away. I find that staying very hydrated seems to help.
