Often forgot or dont know how to breath normally.

Just wondering if you feel the same way i notice that i often forgot or do not know how to breath normally? Like should i inhale or exhale through my nose or my mouth. I notice myself easily get tired or feel weak and uncomfortable stomach. Also i have not been doing alot of exercise or activities because of my anxiety im scared of getting panic attacked so every time i walk fast,dance or do some fast movement i get scared coz i would feel nervousness coz i feel something on my chest or my hear beats fast and etc. Omg. I just want my life back.

I was feeling the same exact way. But we must exercise to stay healthy.

I feel the same it will feel like I ain’t getting enough air and I start breathing deep to catch up. I checked my o2 level 98. Everything good but it starts cheast and stomach it is horrible I hat this crap. Make you go crazy
