I go hill walking regular days I can walk without stopping for miles and I get days I can barely walk out my street due to stiffness its usually around my shins they just seize up.

Weren’t you having breathing issues before you even got on the bike? You’ve been having constant anxiety for at least the last 24 hours (since you’ve been posting here).

Having breathing issues the past 3 weeks, constant state of anxiety, So yep it’s all anxiety.

Yeah but I try and do exercise and after two minutes my legs can’t literally pedal

You’ve been told this over and over. Your not listening to us, it seems you are creating anxiety for the sake of anxiety.

I’m not sure if your having a constant state of panic or panic attacks or what, but what your experiencing mentally (I mean this in the most sincerest way) def needs some sort of intervention. Your situation is way above our pay grade and cannot substitute the advice of your doctors, I am hopeful that therapy is a best choice to help you with all of this and your doctor suggests or refers you to one. Best of luck.

I don’t think RosieDawn was being short at all, I think she was being helpful as I have had DM’s with this person and replied openly to him aldo as have lots and lots of other people - but we all keep giving him the same advice and answers and then he comes back with the same questions, ie he has been told he has anxiety (which is what he is asking us all) but then refuses to read any examples, suggestions or what other people say and again just asks. I fully understand what he feels and why and im not dismissing him at all but I think what RosieDawn was getting at is even after all of us helping and advising it’s not working so maybe he needs to try a specialist for anxiety instead of a platform - furthermore have you taken the time to reply to him ? Let’s not dig out people on here please - thank you.

Its Roxie and I feel you are the one who has an issue - at what point have I not helped this person ? As I said I have been ( and I am right now too) having DMs with him so hardly not helping, and what help have you actually given him ???? anyway I think a Twitter type platform would be better for you as that’s where you can wind up people for no reason etc with unfair comments.....I wish you well but won’t be replying to you anymore.

This person obviously is sufferering right !!

And we all know how that feels

I don’t think Ryan was being unreasonable

This site is for exactly what it says on the tin so to speak

As we all must know that having health anxiety is crippling and yes we will always keep asking the same stuff because anxiety does this . It’s fear and when your panicking you need to keep asking and asking for that reassurance

I know we have all tried to reassure him

But sometimes not everyone is the same and just need that extra bit of our time

He said he did seek help from gp and was checked but as we all know we only get a 10 min slot with gp and rushed out the door . That’s why I joined this site to speak to real people and real answers

Health anxiety is hell we all know that

I will continue to help and support and reassure no matter how many times someone asks me

That’s just me

I think the tone and follow up message from Ryan was unreasonable, anyway I’m not getting in a tit for tat on here , I agree with what you are saying Tyson and I think it’s getting overlooked in suggesting that people are not here to help. As I keep saying I’m actually chatting privately with the guy right now. All the best.

I am not saying anything of the sort

I was just placing my personal view on past conversation

I was just saying that we need to choose our words with a bit more care and understanding that’s all.

It’s not tit or tattle

It’s facts

Wish u all the best
