Anxiety can do just about anything..

ive read about slightly low body temp.

How chilly are you talking?

I never thought of this, but maybe that explains some things. A few times when my anxiety was out of control I took my temp because I felt weird. Those times my temp was around 96 degrees (Fahrenheit). I felt awful. But once I calmed down a bit, my temp went back up. ????

I found that taking a hot bath and doing some guided meditation helped.
