need help

I just want some help and support right now too do with my anxiety and anxiety depression I was in a 3 month relationship with a guy called Ben burbidge he’s really messed me head up he dumped me for another woman over text message and when he dumped me I went and got a knife too hurt myself now he keeps calling me shrek fat and ugly it’s been 3 weeks since he dumped me and I’m not coping very well I need help I’m still not coping very well

hi breakups are hard but no man or woman is worth harming yourself for your time will come again and you will meet someone who will love you the way you are.block his number or tell the police if he is harassing you better having him out of your life.

Aww okay thankyou hun worse thing is about my ex boyfriend Ben burbidge he thinks im shrek and fat and ugly and he owes me 100 pound and he’s saying he’s not gonna pay me back

This could be the worst bit of advice i could ever give ... but ... go find his best mate and give him some loving , I bet the jealousy would ooze out of his pours. Screw your bf, he sounds like a twat .
