Do you guys believe in future telling I spoke to some guy today and he told me so many things that he saw he said I’m propendes to get stroke or heart attack I do not suffer health issues but anxiety and depression it threw me off and now I feel like shit I’m so scared of life .

No of course you shouldn't believe that as it's rubbish! Apart from anything else why would you have a heart attack at your young age? Its mainly much older people than you anyway. Sounds like this guy is a bit of a kook or he was winding you up. Relax x
My family was telling me the same but he said because of so much negativity and bad things it’s going to cause me to either get a stroke or heart attack

If this were a fortune teller, know that it is a way he makes his money. If it
were someone you knew, I think that was a cruel thing to put into your mind
knowing that you suffer from anxiety and depression. There will always be
people trying to predict the future. They should work on taking care of their

Seriously Luz. I understand he may have really frightened you if you suffer from anxiety but he sound like he may have problems of his own. No one!! can predict what’s going to happen to you. That’s one of the problems i’ve found with anxiety, your thoughts lie to you. I’ve heard a lot of people here talk of Dr Clare Weeks, try listening to her on YouTube, she’s great! Take care of yourself, the guys nuts.
Bloke sounds like a dick! He was just literally trying to scare you as he saw a vulnerability. Anyone who is willing to do that obviously has his own problems to sort out. I would pity him and not give it a second thought.👍
