The anxiety triggers for me are health issues & death. For the past couple of months, I was coping well. Up until a week ago when my husband’s brother passed away. He was a huge part of my life. Now I’m anxious more than ever, having lots of headaches & migraines again, worrying about my health & thinking I’m next😭
My vision is really bothering me. I’ve been having strings of floaters, wavy lines, heat wave-like images (especially in peripheral) & light sensitivity since December of 2018. I’ve been to the ophthalmologist, as well as the Neuro-ophthalmologist which both told me everything looked normal & perfectly fine. (I went about 4 times, gapped apart, in 2019) I’m starting to think I’m losing my vision. The Neuro-ophthalmologist seems to think it’s a “misfire” in my brain causing the visual disturbances, and he also said it can be caused by anxiety & stress. I have had multiple brain CT scans done as well as one brain MRI in 2019, and they all were normal.
Also, I was recently diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I understand this is a hormone imbalance but I’m not sure if this condition places a part in the things I experience. I’m about 220lbs, 5’7😕
Do anyone else experience these visual disturbances. Please help me out. I’m dreadfully thinking the worse😭

I'm sorry about this tragedy has happen. Those situations for me are traumatizing as well especially when it's someone you know.
You are not alone in how it has made you feel. I too am struggle with health anxiety and trying to accept death. It's a vicious cycle. I hope you have some relief soon.
Sorry you are going through this. It must be very frustrating not to be able to pinpoint a cause when you have gone through so many tests!!
Have you considered seeing a counselor? Maybe even a Christian counselor? Sometimes are physical and emotional ailments are tied to our spiritual struggles. When we can balance all three, sometimes our "health" gets better. Hope this helps and I am praying for you to find a cause and treatment plan for your vision and overall health.
Thanks so much for this! I will seek a spiritual counselor. My mom is close friends with a pastor so I will have her reach out for me! I was just worrying about this condition as I noticed my vision is steady changing, so I believe your comment was a sign. Thanks
So glad to hear this! Please let me know how it works out. I believe God gives us "signs" and we just have to read them and obey Blessings and prayers to you today!
