Anyone tried this for anxiety? Does it help? When do you take it and how much? Any side effects.

I would do lots of research before starting something new! Best of luck 🍀

I started taking this for 3 weeks now. They make gummies. Believe me I am afraid of taking anything. I am fine I think its actually calming me down. Start out with 1 gummy instead of 2 and go on From there. My doc said it was good to take. Take on empty stomach first thing in morning

It was recommended to me as a natural sleep aid once, and it seemed to help. I would recommend taking it at night, not in the morning.
