Hi Darryl,

When trying to play the video from the embedded player on the HealthUnlocked website, I get the error message "Video unavailable." This has been happening to me and many other HealthUnlocked members with embedded YouTube videos in other community forums, as well. Since you are a community Admin, would you mind reporting this technical issue to the HealthUnlocked tech team, as I am having no luck getting through to them that this is a site-wide problem? Thank you.

Usually this happens when the video is unavailable for viewing in your country. If you have a VPN, changing your location might help.

No, you get a different error message when it is a country-specific problem (it will say something to the effect of "Video unavailable in your country" -- italics mine). This is actually a long-standing problem that members on HealthUnlocked have been having playing embedded videos directly without being redirected to YouTube (going back as far as late September of last year); I have been in direct communication with HealthUnlocked Support in that time and I have proven to them that it is not a user-end problem, but they have yet to fix the issue. So, I was hoping since you were an Admin of a community, you might be able to bring more attention to the issue. Although I am not currently using a VPN, I have tried that when troubleshooting and it has no effect. Thanks for your help.

Hi Darryl admin....looks like you could be just the admin guy we’ve been looking for...likes to spread joy and happiness in the form of music.....well some of us over on the depression site had a music thing going on ,like good old mr monk has already explained .can you make yourself useful please and at least try and find out why 80% of stuff won’t play....thanks ....at least try ...as ..not mentioning any names but pepa and hema and anonymous admin 14 have let us down......just sayin
