Insomnia is driving me crazeeeee!

Since i stopped drinking and paid meds my insomnia has become unbearable. I've tried amitriptyline, gabapentin, tamazapam, zopiclone to name but a few, some prescribed others not...I'm desperate! I do all the sleep hygiene stuff, regular bed/wake times, shower before bed, no tech unfortunately haven't tried sex as much as I'd like to my penis doesn't agree🤨 I am at the point at which I will do almost anything to get regular, uninterupted sleep...HELP

Hope you find a solution, nothing worse than not sleeping. I'm the same except for me my mind ends me bound up with panic attacks at 4 am !

Just had one of the worst ones in ages, I try everything to prevent it because it's a trigger time for me but every time I seem to have one and I can't stop it.

Oh well, now to try and get an hour or so of sleep !

Thanks, had a good nights sleep last night, wasn’t exactly legal, although it should be, but hey I had a good nights sleep and as I said previously am willing to try anything...within reason. Thanks again for caring, hope you find your own peace eventually. Jonty

I'm not sleeping either, it's driving me mad! Also I've gone off sex too which is driving the husband mad!

I hope tonight brings sleep too!
