I haven’t yet had a doctor tell me really what’s going on but for 6months now I have had palpitations every single day they are driving me nuts it feels like my heart does extra beats..
I had a 24hour monitor which picked up ectopic beats I think they was over 200 and a short QT but they said that they arnt concerned and I don’t need to see cardiologist.
I re booked in as I was still having the palpitations and I can’t live like this having them every day I’ve never had anything like this before and they questioned me if I worry or have aniexty...
I do worry lots about everything but I don’t know really what aniexty is and do I have it
I just hope one day I wake up and don’t have any more palpitations I feel like there taking over my life... someone who is going through the same or have had a similar experience please pop up and chat I feel like my heads going to explode

I don't think the maneuvers that you can use will help ectopics. The vasovagal will kick your heart back into rhythm if it is racing. Check out the cardiologist from York hospital in England. His name is Sanjay Gupta. He has tons of videos on YouTube all about ectopics and palpitations. Make sure you get the right guy. There are two, one works for the networks, so you don't want him.
I too, have daily palps, whether it's racing when I get up in the morning, or skipping beats, or extra beats. It is a hard thing to deal with, but I think in most cases it's harmless. I think diet, stress, anxiety plays into it. I have Lyme Disease so mine could be Lyme created or anxiety created. I have gotten so used to the racing AM heart, that I just roll over and it goes away until next time.
There are different types of palps. It doesn't sound like you have the racing heart. I don't know if meds will help with the ectopics. But, who wants to be on drugs, not me.
If I were you, and you can, I would see a cardiologist, if just for the peace of mind. I know they said, you are ok, but it doesn't hurt to get another opinion.
So, check out the doctor. He really is very good and will put your mind to rest. And look at your diet and stress level.
Thanks for you reply osbo54 I have a cardiologist appointment in April just feels like ages away.. I can be very stressed at times I have 3 toddlers under 4 and never had anything like this until my 3rd child...
I think I had over 200 ectopic beats in a 24hour monitor but I got told that is low as some people have thousands so I’m not really sure what’s going on
