Operation on Friday

Hi I can’t believe I’m having another operation on Friday this will be my 11th but I’m so anxious about this one and it’s my gallbladder . I’m feeling nauseous all the time so I’m hopeful that that will go after the gall bladder is removed can’t wait for Friday to be over really

Thanks guys I have now finished work and preparing for the day got butterflies as I’m not sure it’s gonna make everything go away but I guess I’m going to get rid of something that is not working correctly x

Hi Bobbibobbins1,

Good Luck for Friday, won't be long now and it'll all be over and done with.

I was supposed to have gone for my Pre Admission Appointment yesterday, because i have to have my Gallbladder removed. I couldn't make it, My Hubby called the Doctor because I felt so ill.

I got the Flu ,Doctor said, stay in bed, keep warm, plenty of Fluids. I've got Chronic Fibromyalgia and when I'm in bed for long my legs absolutely kill me.

I hope i don't have to wait too long for my next Pre Admission Appointment. This Gallbladder trouble is driving me up the wall. Anyway fingers crossed 🤞 for Friday. All the best.

Thanks 🙏 I can’t believe our symptoms are very similar I also have fibromyalgia and when I’m in bed laid my legs kill me also how strange x

Yes it is strange how our symptoms are similar. It's unbelievable how many people are being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Apparently Florence Nightingale had it all those years ago.

You'd think that by now they'd have found a cure for it.

Between that and the Gallbladder, UGH...Won't be long now and you will have had your's out. Hopefully it will help ease the Fibromyalgia pain as well. 🙏My Pain Management Doctors have told me that when my Gallbladder is removed it should help me. So fingers crossed for both of us🤞. Wishing you a Speedy Recovery. x

Thank you I’m up and ready to go but have got a sore throat this morning I’m a little bit apprehensive that they will carry on with the surgery I don’t feel I’ll so going to take my chance and see what they say

Oh my gosh, hope you haven't got the starting of Flu or anything like that starting up. Tell them that you have a sore throat before you go down..

My Husband rang our Hospital this morning to make sure that they got my Cancellation message for my Pre Admission Appointment. Because when he rang yesterday, he spoke to an answerphone machine.

They got the message though and are making another appointment for January 16th.

Bit of luck, youll be up and running by then. Well, NOT running, but up and feeling a lot better.

Well I’m second on list temp ok they are not concerned at all . I have not eaten since yesterday and the cramping as started so I can’t wait for this to be all over good look to u to x

Thats good news, you won't be long now and that troublesome Gallbladder will be gone. I know it's horrible especially with the Fibro as well. The sooner its out the better.

Hi I’m home the gall bladder as gone and I had a overnight stay in hospital as I was poorly but I’m now home and recovering x

I have been out today done a little walk ready to sit down now the pain in not to bad .
