Phew!! What a busy week it has been for me! I hope your all well and have had a good week.
Here is the Positive Friday blog for this week to comment on the 3 things that have been positive or made you feel happy.
It doesn't even need to be 3 things - if you have 1 thing then that's just as great!
The 3 things for me this week are :
1. My sleeping has continued to be stable - so no issues there really.
2. I had a little tidy around the house! I am usually useless when it comes to cleaning as I put it off until the last minute and also life can get in the way, but it felt really therapeutic in the process.
3. Went to a meal with a friend. Had a great night and was lovely to see them again.

I must mention as well it's lovely to see some new members joining the forum.
We are very pleased you have found our online support group and thank you everyone for your help in supporting each other.

Hi Matt glad uve had a good wk. Let me think......
I spent the other day all on my own up untill 4 in the morning and that's my biggest fear being on my own. Was anxious to start with but was fine the rest of the time.
Ooo 2nd thing I went up town on Monday to get my eldest son his senior school uniform. Where as I get anxious when I'm around to many people I was fine xxx

Good Friday afternoon, it's very sunny and warm in my bit of the country.
1. I'm starting to build a broken relationship up. Which releases a lot of stress on my part.
2. I've been out this week to buy new school shoes, trainers and pumps for both of my children.
3. I've started to make a wedding cake, normally I don't start a cake until the day before and I stress, cry and get mad with myself and anyone within a 5 mile radius! It doesn't need to be ready until Wednesday night.

1. I feel less of a need to see my councellor to talk these days, whereas ininially I had a real hard time waiting a whole week to see her again for councelling.
2. I have booked a holiday to go and visit my family in Holland.
3. I am better at managing my budget these days.
