Weird sensation in my heart

So last night around 1am, as I was in the bed looking at my phone, my heart did something pretty weird like 3 hard beats in a row like for 1-2 seconds then I felt like a rush of blood went to my head. Scared the hell out of me, was painless but felt very very weird.

I'm on propranolol 40mg (1/4 in the morning and 1/4 at night) and bromazepam 6mg prescribed by my psychiatrist which so far is doing its job. I did a 24hr holter, stress test, cardiac MRI, cerebral MRI, multiple blood works and ecgs which showed absolutely nothing.

However I suffer from what seemsnto be constant chest pains in the center, the left and the right too aswell as the left shoulder, neck and arm pain too

I don't know why my heart did that it felt weird has anyone ever experienced that ?

Sounds like heart palpitations to me. I'm not a doctor but I've had this happen and many others here have as well. Do a search here for heart palpitations and read some of them. That "rush of blood" feeling could possibly be an adrenaline rush from the instant anxiety that heart palpitations cause in pretty much anyone with anxiety issues. Anxiety definitely can cause heart palpitations but it's always a good idea to check it out with your doc like you have. I've had so many for so long that I barely pay attention to them anymore.
