What’s wrong with me?

I’ve been having crazy mood swings these last couple days, but I stopped taking my anxiety medicine (not completely I took it twice a day and started taking it once instead, it’s Buspar) because I was trying to wean off of it so I can try a natural substance, but I have been so so mad these last couple days for no reason. And I’ve had bad chest pains, and pressure in my head and I don’t know if it’s something serious or what, I know anxiety can cause chest pains but sometimes I seriously feel like my lung are so clogged I can’t even breathe. I’ve been crying so much too, for no reason other than getting frustrated.
