Hi all, have not posted in a while so thought I would check in quickly. I suffer from social anxiety, very much have ups and downs. But do now try and avoid situations that put the heat on me. I calm down fast after an anxiety attack but find myself extremely tired. Does anyone know of anything to help me not feel so tired? i just can't stop yawning for about half hour or so after the attack. Thanks👍

Do you exercises regularly ? It seems counterintuitive but it does rise your level of energy and it might even lower panic attacks frequency.
