Hi all, have not posted in a while so thought I would check in quickly. I suffer from social anxiety, very much have ups and downs. But do now try and avoid situations that put the heat on me. I calm down fast after an anxiety attack but find myself extremely tired. Does anyone know of anything to help me not feel so tired? i just can't stop yawning for about half hour or so after the attack. Thanks👍

Do you exercises regularly ? It seems counterintuitive but it does rise your level of energy and it might even lower panic attacks frequency.

Hi, I box twice a week. But to be honest I could do more. A guy I work with used to suffer with bad panic attacks, but started going to the gym a lot and it seems to have sorted him out. I shall give it a go and see what happens. Just got to get motivated now.
