Just had the worst 2 palpitations in work...my manager had to take me away and calm me down...I've felt pretty okay most of the day and then BOOM out of nowhere I was answering my managers question when all of a sudden my heart thudded and I went all warm and I actually couldn't get a breath in or out, I felt like I was about to pass out.
I feel a bit better now but someone pleeeeease tell me they have had this before or this can still be caused by anxiety because they seem to be getting worse and worse and I really can't cope with them!!
Xxxx

Ashley, you probably don't want me replying but that happend to me it is nasty ,I have had that and believe me it is anxiety I am sure, I just had a bad panic attack and made myself go for a walk, I know you cannot do that at work but try and take some deep breaths if possible, and hopefully home time is soon.

Thanks for that x
Hey chicken legs lol. You are fine it's just your anxiety reminding you it's there. I can't wait for you to have your monitor fitted so you can get some extra reassurance.
Sending you big hugs and loads of reassuring thoughts

Ha ha thought that would get you laughing. Youre always welcome you know that. So turn that frown upside down missy.
have you tried half inderal,my GP was giving them to me for my heart racing, said they would calm me,but of course I wouldn't take them,as Ihave med phobia...but I know people they have helped, you can also slow the racing by holding your breath for few seconds and letting it out very slowly, this work for me,xxxxx
