So I had worked out today and I just had the biggest relief from anxiety and I'm actually happy I just took me mind of it and it helped extremely good

Exercising always helps with my OCD and depression. Even if I’m having a rough day, I’ll push myself as hard as I can to train. I’m a weightlifter, been lifting for over 30 years, and lifting helps tons. SAMSON
