I recently got my results from my week heart monitor and they don’t seem concerned at all... but still when I exercise I’m out of breath I’m only 25 years old but cardiologist says my heart works normal while exercising

Any one else have this?

Charlpalp, I use to have that at one time. Went through all kinds of diagnostic

tests and everything was okay. Anxiety was the culprit that was not allowing me

to relax and so the adrenaline would build up causing heart palps.

With the heart palps came my fear and the episodes would just escalate. As soon

as I was able to accept them as not life threatening, it went away. Actually, exercising

is a good release for that extra adrenaline as well as bringing up your endorphin levels.

One last thing which is important with palps is to make sure you hydrate. The more

water we have the less palps. My best to you :) xx

Yes! Take it easy. I use to go hard in the gym. Then I got into smoking. It took a toll on my endurance. Now I’m recovering 4 months actually.. I experienced every thing anxiety, shortness of breath. The whole 9. But I took time with myself to get myself better. Drinks loads of water, fruits, fasting, working out. Slowly not over doing it. Listen to your body. Don’t force it. Eventually you’ll get back to where you once was.

Very reassuring that hopefully it will pass over with some time to take to myself!

Hope you are well now!

Hello, I have this off and on. Don’t know if it’s low potassium from the diuretic I take but my health anxiety goes crazy. I feel jittery and I can feel my heart beating, especially when I get in bed. I feel like I can’t take a deep breath, and when I think of something that worries me, I have to take a deep breath. I think it has a lot to do with what we are thinking! If your tests are good, I had my heart checked too, we are ok I guess. I have scoliosis and sometimes postural imbalances can cause breathing issues. It lasts for days sometimes. It’s irritating. I kett et p walking even if I am a lil out of breath. I’m not gonna give into it. Drink lots of water and I guess we have to think we are ok. I’m here if you need to talk. It helps. 💕

You’re welcome..How are you feeling today? I take Magnesium glysonate 400 mg a day. Could be something simple as that. It’s an important mineral that keeps our heart beating regular. It hasn’t happened to me for awhile. I feel a little thud

Oops wasn’t finished with message lol. I feel it a little once in a while but I think that’s normal. Look up magnesium deficiency symptoms. It won’t hurt you to take it. Just make sure it’s magnesium glysonate. A lot of people are lacking this mineral and don’t know it. Potassium is another mineral that can affect our heat beating rhythm. Let me know what you think. I know how you feel. Also I was stressed when that was happening to me. I still get anxiety sometimes. It can last for days. Keeping busy and identifying it helps. 😘

Same here. Feel like I've become exercise intolerant. I am on medication now for my tachycardia, so not that out of breath when I walk but I still get very dizzy. My tests are also clear. Just the tachycardia
