I’ve just been for a little jog... felt totally rubbish today but it has helped so much. My mind feels clearer and body tired. I recommend it to all you lovely people to get outside and go for a walk or a jog

I agree Matt in that going outside helps a lot.

Maybe not a jog for me

but certainly a walk. Thanks

for your post. Sometimes all we need is an incentive

from others to get up and move :)

Completely agree I begun martial arts a couple weeks ago and no matter how tired I am I try to go at least 3 times a week.

It really helps.

So true !. I'm a bit of exercise freak, if I don't do it I feel really rubbish. You're looking well too Matt.

I was in the pool this afternoon. I felt so much better when I was done laps.

I feel when I go for a walk my mind really clears up. I can almost see the issues flying by as I walk for a while. Its very relaxing for me. I wish I would do it more often! Thanks for the reminder!!

I like to walk by the riverside in Salibury watching the ducks with their heads in the water wagging their tails and the white swans swimming past is relaxing especially on a sunny day.

I do walk my dog regularly. Look gorgeous btw.

How far did you jog. I walked up a hill and it was sunny at lunchtime. Maybe swimming on wednesday but it will be a busy day. I do like swimming especially hydrotherapy as its relaxing afterwards. You could try it too.

How are you feeling today. Do you have some friends to cheer you up.

That sounds good I went to a support group this morning and its helpful too. Today there was someone there talking about volunteering for a conservation project and Iam interested as it involves working out in the woods. Iam glad your meeting was okay. I have work tommorrow afternoon and it has been a full on day.

Hope you have a happy day tommorrow.
