It was really scary and I couldnt see straight and now it feels like it was a dream but i did it lol.

I meant that sincerely. When I reread it I noticed it could have come off as sarcastic. But I do understand the struggle to do regular things. I ride my bike every morning and know the feeling of accomplishment. Once agai, good for you. 😎

That's great! The side effects are not fun afterwards but it should diminish in the long run. Try to do it daily and your body should adapt. Eat well and drink lots of water afterwards. It's great that you pushed through and did it even though you didn't feel great. I know the feeling and it's really tough.

That is great. I also know the feeling of trying to do ‘normal’ things. Just getting out of bed and showering and dressing is an accomplishment most days. Keep pushing through. You’ve got this!

Good to hear you got outside and got some fresh air. Im struggling with heavy head and pressure also derealization. Its not easy to do when it feels like your in a dream everyday :/
