Hello Nlp1999. Do not worry about the blood. Remember our throats and our noses are closely tied to our mouths. Perhaps you had a bit of blood in one of those and just needed to spit it out. I anticipate would need to be coughing and throwing up large amounts of blood if something was wrong.
Anxiety can present itself in so many ways and I’m realizing this after 5 months of having crazy symptoms. If the blood was a one time thing, just think ah ok that was odd but I am ok. But if It repeats itself you can always call your doctor for reassurance.
The best thing you can do for yourself is accept your symptoms and allow them to be. Maybe do this with the help of a therapist or a psychiatrist. Remember, anxiety is going to result an over sensitized nervous system. Our nerves are VERY sensitive as is but add some extra adrenaline in you body and it’s going to be an overload. Right now focus on healing your nerves and calming your nervous system back to what is normal for you. With time the symptoms will go away but the very first step is accepting whatever symptoms are happening as a result of anxiety.
You’re going to get through this. I’ve included a think of all the symptoms of anxiety below. There are tons and I doubt that list has all of them.

Hi Nip1999, I was getting the same thing for a while. I would wake up in the morning
and taste that iron taste of blood. I'd spit and sure enough there it was. Sometimes during
the day it would happen. It did freak me out as well because it was happening quite often.
Not a lot but just enough in not being able to figure out where it was coming from.
When I went to the dentist, I was told that it's coming from the gums. They were inflamed
because of old fillings irritating the gums especially when I would sleep at night on my side.
The pressure of my mouth on the pillow would cause the gums to seep.
A trip to the dentist may be able to solve your problems. xx
Hi,
First of all, don't worry about it. I mean, it's not like bleeding mouth is a normal thing and I get that you're worried. But as someone who always has some kind of dental issues, I would say this is not a big deal.
Because there are many reasons for a bleeding mouth. Maybe it's your brushing or flossing, inflammation of the gums, medications you take, or your dental implants. I had bleeding for like a week the last time I got a dental implant from here: dentistoakville.com/service...
I called my dentist and he told me it'll go away within a few days and yes, it did!
So maybe your doc is right. Just wait a few days and see where it goes. If it's getting worse, consult a dentist.
