Blood in mouth

Last night I tasted metal in my mouth. Thought that taste like blood. Spat out in sink and it was. Not full fresh blood but was in my saliva. Never heard of this being a symptom of anxiety but sure brought my anxiety back! Anyone had this ?

Hey Jimmy! Yes long time! I’ve been really good so haven’t posted. I have been on to have a look here and there. Hope your ok? No wasn’t brushing teeth. Was sat on sofa! Happened last week too.

Made me really anxious. I called 111 they said to go A&E to be checked out, but didn’t go. I may go today if happens again.

You should go, it might be something like gum disease, but get it checked.

Stay really good, don't slip back into it I'm glad to hear it.

I will go at some point. It could be sinus related.

My mind will make up some horror stories no doubt!

Yes sinus is maybe the reason.

It's nice to see you again, even if it's on here where there I usually something wrong.

I wouldnt worry to be honest,it could be a throat infection ,a burst blood vessel,a sinus thing oh a number of things that are not serious ,unless it was pure blood and lots of it i wouldn't worry x

I agree, mine was because I was using the wrong tooth brush mainly.
