Does anxiety cause dyspnea , air hunger.. for about a month iv been having to pull hard for satisfying breathe. Sometimes it fails it constantly feels like I cant get enough air in..
Also I'm on metroplol succinate iv been on 25mg for a year or so then last month my doctor up my dosage to 50mg and the dyspnea started few days later.. metroplol is a beta blocker
Ya I'll bring it up again, he said meds are unlikely to cause it..did ct scan angiogram and d dimer test to rule out pulmonary embolism, those all came back normal so definitely anxiety or the meds...thanks for the reply
Wow ok..yes I understand our mind and anxiety plays a big role in our respiratory system. Its definitely taking a toll on my daily life. Especially during a panic attack it's scary. I mean to think you cant get enough air in then here comes anxiety attack wich makes matters worst...
Idk but we keep pushing everyday..
We learn to live with these symptoms and accept it then one day we will forget it's even there..
Hi, I know it's been a while since you left this post. I was wandering how you're feeling now. Hope you are well. And if anything has changed, also did you find a solution. Thanks.
