24/7 swaying feeling

I’ve been having odd symptoms for the past couple of months. I’ve been suffering with anxiety for about 8 years now, but it’s never been this bad. It started about 2 months ago when I was put on 25mg Zoloft I was on it for about 2 and a half weeks along with .25 mg Xanax. I stopped taking it because the side effects were unbearable. I couldn’t sleep, I lost my appetite, I was lightheaded everyday and bed bound, and after a while a swaying feeling like I’m on a boat. It’s been a month since being on Zoloft and I’m still feeling that swaying feeling and a dropping sensation 24/7. I can’t even get relief laying down because I feel like my body is moving along with my heart beat. I’ve also been having headaches and pressure behind my eyes, nose, and head. I still don’t go out as much as I did 4 months ago. Im also not working or driving in fear I’m my pass out or collapse. Is anyone else experiencing this? Because it’s causing me to get depressed.
