Shooting pains all over body and anxiety? Fibromyalgia?

Does anyone have such a thing? They come and go, last usually a few days then go away for weeks. They are like mini stabbing pains inside my body, lasting maybe a few seconds in one part of body, then go somewhere else. They feel like shooting nerve pains, sometimes even my skin hurts to touch. You know that achy feeling in body when you coming down with a flu- it feels like that too. All over. Otherwise im ok, except for being generally anxious person of course. I thought maybe fibromialgia but i dont have sore points on body, i sleep ok, not fatigued etc. Im scared maybe its a brain tumour or MS. Anyone experienced similar thing? 😔 x
