I’m in need of energy. For the whole summer I’ve been lazy and barely done anything . It’s like one minute my anxiety is doing good then the next minute it’s acting up . Around this time last year it was ok . I always seem down . It seems like I’m accepting of the feeling of being down . I just want to feel normal again . (GIVE ME TIPS GUYS ) ✨

Hello BetterDays14. I feel your pain. It’s not easy dealing with anxiety since it’s such a mentally AND physically exhausting illness. Firstly, be gentle on your body. Your body is going through so much and it needs a break and that’s ok. But if you can get up and take a walk just to the other side of your room, that’s progress. Do something little each day and do not overwork yourself. For me it started as simple tasks- cooking my own meal. Putting my own dishes away. Doing my hair. Then I was able to do bigger things like go back to work and school.
Another thing I’d recommend is taking a vitamin B called “Super B-Complex”. This vitamin is a huge dose of tons of vitamin Bs that help to increase cellular energy and high in turn, gives you energy. I notice a huge difference in my energy levels on the days I take this then when I don’t. I am able to go through the entire day without a now which is incredible for me! It I also known to help with anxiety so that’s a bonus. It took maybe 3 doses before I felt the difference so I would say it’s pretty effective.
Hang in there and do your best to do small tasks each day. Take your time and don’t get frustrated. Your body is going through a lot. Things with get better.

I agree on the B complex vitamins. Stress and alcohol both destroy Vitamin B1 which is needed for staying calm and balancing the nervous system. I would also try the following supplement which contains red berry extract. I use it daily and it seems to help with my metabolism.
