Exhaustion

Hi there!

I suffer from anxiety and I am currently on Citalopram 20mg daily for it and have been for almost 2 years. I find that I have been exhausted to the point where I nap all the time, could sleep all day and then all night and just feel pure tiredness constantly. Does anyone else suffer from this? I’ve had my blood work done and nothing abnormal shows from it. Thanks for all your help.
