What are some of yalls symptoms of anxiety? Am I alone in what I been feeling?
Congrats on being a new mom!
I can relate wholeheartedly. I am constantly dizzy, sometimes have vertigo, burning wrists, arms, and spine, crawling sensations up my neck and in my face, tingling, muscle spasms, headaches, brain fog, and the worst of them all: chest pain.
You are not alone

The new feeling I been having is my ears have been feeling weird. But when I went to the doctor she told me they looked great. And that's when she talked about my anxiety. I had been seeing a therapist twice a week but the doctor put me on meds bc she felt like the therapist alone wasnt helping. I been to the ER and doctors a lot lately. And every time they find nothing. I never had anxiety before and it's been so scary. I never knew that anxiety can make you have so many physical symptoms.... they can be so scary and so crippling. Everytime I feel something I freak out and think the worst... like something is seriously wrong and the doctors keep telling me I'm fine and it's my anxiety... ugh
I feel your pain for sure. My summer has been full of ER and doctor visits and testing. All of it came back negative and my doctor keeps telling. Me it’s anxiety. It’s crippling. Sometimes I can’t get up from bed. What is your ear symptom like? I’ve also had an odd ear symptom that pops up here and there. Do you experience jelly legs?
I get so many symtpoms it is crazy. I have gone to doctors and ER and nothing yet. I get left side earache, burning headaches, leg pain. Tremors. Depersonalization. My eye floaters get worst. Headaches on one side. Feeling dreamy life. Weird random smells. It is horrible, but I try to distract myself.
It was a long while ago, but my anxiety started when I had my first baby. But don't get me wrong I haven't had it continuously all my life, just bouts now and again.
My symptoms have been, stomach issues diarrhoea and constipation, nausea, a blocked ear feeling, ringing in my ears, muscle aches and pains in my neck, shoulders and back, unbalanced feeling, weak or buzzing feeling in my arms and legs, feeling that I can't breath.
I seem to hold my body rigid and sometimes hold my breath, both these things as a kind of coping mechanism, but it obviously back fires and I get all the above symptoms.
I have had so many tests, to include an MRI on my head and neck, endoscopy, and various others, cbt. I don't take any drugs, except for the odd diazepam and a anti nausea pill. I'm probably my own worse enemy by not taking anything much to help, but it's finally getting better day by day, as I work out why I am getting these symptoms.
You're on the best place here for support. I wish you well
