My normal heart rate is 60-68 resting I don’t get up and move a lot because of my agoraphobic when I I do get up and walk 65-70s is this normal I was 193 when I had to see a doctor tho 3 years ago

It should be going up above that range when you are active I would think. But I’m no doctor. Just keep an eye and maybe just mention to your doctor and see if he/she is concerned ?

If you are just walking around your house I would suspect in the 80’s is normal.
