Fast Heart Rate

Does anyone else’s heart rate seem to get incredibly high during a panic attack? What does yours go up to? The highest it has been is 196. I know, I know, I should get it checked out.

Sometimes it will go up 120s but I also had times when everything else goes up but hart rate can be 70/80. And still feel like crazy. Bp will always go up hope you get feeling better

Mine has been up at 137 before crazy high but it’s also been really low and felt like it was going crazy

I have been 160 before in severe panic. Took over an hour to go down at the hospital.

Mine does this too. Ive been curious if it is something like SVT or something like that and doesn’t actually have anything to do with my anxiety. I always feel like my heart rate is entirely too fast even with the panic attacks.

My heart rate has gone into the 240 range when in SVT. At 137 you are not quite in SVT but, I imagine it's uncomfortable. Pam

I have been at 196 at the highest. And it seems to come down fairly quickly. I never thought to get it checked out but I probably will soon.

You need to go to the ER infit gets to high. They will stop it with a shot . Ask your Doctor what rate that would be for you.

I have had SO many tests and they tell me it’s all anxiety related. I do get PVC and PAC but they tell me they are benign and not to worry.

But these usually cause my anxiety as I’ll feel one off beat and go into panic mode which makes it worse of course

Going for Tilt Tests tomorrow to check my Blood Pressure etc. We will see how it goes

Mine goes up to around 150 in a panic attack it’s awful

i;ve had it too. it's part of the stress anxiety thing sometimes when it happens you stress out and make it worse. try breathing and meditation it works for me
