Lately for some reason I’m scared to take my Xanax when I think I need one? I don’t know why this is happening. I’m like convinced all of a sudden that it’s going to make me feel like I’m drunk or not work at all. This has not happened to me in the passed so I’m really confused why it’s happening now

I am terrified to take any medication ( I do but it’s a mind over matter ever single day!) this started happening like a year ago or so. I’m always worried the pharmacy messed up and put the wrong med in or something .

How do you usually cope with it??

I visually inspect the tablets and then tell myself that people go to school for a long time to do this and if they messed up that would be a huge liability to them and their company. I also tell myself it’s my anxiety talking and that I know I need to take the medication to feel better. It’s a ton of positive self talk

I've been there. I always go to drugs.com and then their pill identifier to make sure no mistake happened. It calms me right down. Good luck to you!
