Hi!
I use chamomile tea more often now for panic attacks and it seems to work now . I often find myself drowsy after try to panic , more mellow. I still have health anxiety, but finally getting a therapist so I can wait to update you guys with tips and tricks that I’ll be learning.
Any suggestions on other natural remedies to use ? What has been your take on chamomile tea? Any other tea I could try? Hope everyone’s week is going well so far.
