I use chamomile tea more often now for panic attacks and it seems to work now . I often find myself drowsy after try to panic , more mellow. I still have health anxiety, but finally getting a therapist so I can wait to update you guys with tips and tricks that I’ll be learning.
Any suggestions on other natural remedies to use ? What has been your take on chamomile tea? Any other tea I could try? Hope everyone’s week is going well so far.

I find chamomile to be relaxing. I've also heard a lot of good things about L-theanine capsules on this forum. It's a natural amino acid found in green tea that many say is great for anxiety. I've ordered some and will try when they arrive next week. I'll let you know how it works for me!
I just started drinking cbd coffee today. I have had severe anxiety, numerous panic attacks, digestive and gut flare ups, and many more problems surrounding my anxiety. The 1st cup of coffee sure has give me an excellent sense of calmness so far!
Honest truth, my heart rate went down 28 points 30 minutes after drinking it. It really relaxed me. It's been several hours and I haven't been this calm and relaxed in a long time.
