Hello everyone,
I am new here and would like to make a small good impression as i see that most of you are posting but not getting any response, even admin bexley1 made a post about this. So i will try and contribute to help as much as possible.
My story is that i've used to have a really hard anxiety and now recently it got back but not much however i got it under control and hopefully i have faith it will eventually leave me alone
Some of anxiety symptoms are :
- Burning sensation in the chest
- Trouble breathing
- Fear of vomiting
- Something stuck in your throat
- Lightheaded
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Barely feeling any appetite
- Fear of sleeping
- Panic attacks
- Fast heart beats
- Fear of having heart attacks
- Sore arms, legs
These all are symptoms of Anxiety and there is even more, post below if you want to make sure your symptoms are also Anxiety, im sure i will be able to help or anyone else would surely help
So if you are feeling any of these i have some tips that could help and i will share them below..
1) If you are about to have panic attack, do not think about it... Think about anything else that would get all of your focus such as calculating hard numbers using no calculator, it will help.. Or anything else u feel comfortable with. Try also closing your eyes and taking a deep breath or listen to good music until you are calmed down. Make sure to know this is all just in ur brain.
2) Get Chamomile Tea and drink it, you can drink up to 3-4 times a day ( not good for people who suffers acid reflux because it could be bad for this disease )
Chamomile Tea has a calming effect since it releases the neurotransmitter called GABA in the brain and this is responsible for calming ur body down, you can check it up on google for more information about it, i've heard a lot of people made progress with this Tea
3) Anxiety is something inside of you, that no one else can see or help you fight it.. So you are gonna have to fight it by yourself and fight yourself actually since it is you personally causing the panic attacks, control your mind... Do not let it control you and cause u to have panic attacks and fear of death or any other kind of fear. If you have fear of vomiting just think about it, im sure you have vomited before and what could be wrong if it happened again..? like it will end in 5 mins maximum and then u would feel better actually so think this way it won't happen but thinking this way would make u realize u are scared of something really not worth being scared of
4) Try to stay away from problems, stress causing situation or depression. Go out with your loved ones and try to stay with friends who u laugh a lot with and have fun with not problem makers.
So far this is all i could think of and share with you all, if i have anything else i will update this post with new information below this message and call it '' update 1, 2 etc... ''

Update 1 : Why do we feel anxiety mostly at night not in the morning as most of u would find this familiar, here is the answer :
