Does anyone ever get times where they can’t get up and use the bathroom like u hold it because you get so much anxiety like your heart racing every time

OMG YES! I Was waiting for a post like this! YES this happens to me When i wake up at night to use the bathroom I have a racing heartbeat like wth 🙄 even in the mornings

I had it last night and tonight I’m holding it in because every time I try my heart will race and I have to go back to my bed
