Hey, maybe your hands are more shakey because your anxiety has been high?

Shaky hands , body , jaw etc is a sign of heightened stress or anxiety. Worry not my friend.

I feel shaky at times with anxiety, in fact I woke up feeling shaky this morning after waking with a start.

Here lately when I wake up I get pressure in my chest and my heart will feel like it’s racing
