Any Cure/help for Rubatosis?

Really annoying to deal with this because i constantly think and get so parnoid over my heart now. Like Idk i feel as if it beats louder at times but its normal.. I get parnoid over my heart even while masturbating.

If you are too worried,see a doctor..I am suffering from severe mental depression and panic disorder and also taking medication,so you know it usually happens sometimes,i don't give much thought as they have become my daily routine..

I can relate to hearing the heart beat.I'm constantly checking to see if it's normal and it is, but it's frustrating.

Yh Ik and i get parnoid like before climax, or if I stop the ejaculation I feel my heart to see if it is beating to fast it is beating faster but ik its normal. Its a shame because before the panic attack everythig was fine.
