I am terrifiedi m gonna have a heart attack... Chest heavy ,tight ,spasms fluttering !!!! Heart pounding or racing . More to the right hand side.....Had it for few weeks .... Not every ( except past three )but cannot get over it ! Now I'm thinking if it was seriously heart related I'd know ????

I do hope your feeling better by the time your reading this, everything you said Iv also been through many many times,
Your not going to do but I know it feels like it, Iv been stuck this way for many years and it's something I just can't get used to, I wish I could as that would make it easier, but just to assure you, you was just having an anxiety attack, yes it's scary and kinda messes up your mind as in what's happening to me.
It's not heart related even if it feels like it is, and it's not dangerous but it feels as it is 
Hey X I've had all this for years X it's not nice but all to do with stress and anxiety X tight chest, palpitations, breathing funny, hot and cold X it's not nice but try to stay calm X I know easier said than done X but when it happens I lie on my bed, take deep breaths and try to relax and after a while it usually works xxxx
Hi, I'm so sorry you're going through this. I am going through similar symptoms and am SOOO terrified!!! I have an apt w a cardiologist thursday and am terrified of what he will find. I suffer from horrible health anxiety-- have all of my life so of course no one believes me when I tell them all of my symptoms. They just say oh it's your anxiety. In the meantime I'm so worried I'll drop dead from something being really wrong w my heart. I have palpitations, always feel like I can't catch my breath, chest pains, dizzy all the time and so tired. This all came about after having a 2 month long worry about having something wrong w my pelvic/ stomach area bc was having bad pains. Had bloodwork, colonoscopy and pelvic and and u/s all normal... So now no joke all these heart symptoms have started so now I need to see a cardiologist. I don't know what to do anymore!!!!

Hi, I hope you're feeling better by now. Those all sound like anxiety related. Heart attack does not presebt with those symptoms. The fluttering part you mentioned can be a symptom of a irregular heart rhythm. If you get any new symptoms maybe consider going to the Dr, but it does sound like panic/anxiety, best wishes
Hi my name is Joe I have been dealing with these same feelings I see many of you talking about. I was 26 when my father passed away and had my first panic attack it was 1985 I am now 56 and still have anxiety issues, pains, heart racing, dizziness, all kinds of stomach pains. I've been to tons of Dr's and also to counseling for about 10 years. this really helped but you have to learn to keep pushing forward everyday. first If you are having any of these symptoms it is always best to see a Dr first and get the ok to push yourself. You have to fight everyday and it does get better. Also I would read lots of books on Anxiety these things do help. get around people that have been through Anxiety and panic it all helps time and research whatever you do never give in or give up. Tomorrow will always get better. I have also had all of these symptoms Anxiety is a very scary feeling.
