I know everyone says you got to recognize it’s your anxiety. But it always gives you different stuff. Like dizzy and chest hurts. Head and dizziness stomach and legs. Palpitations and when it happens you don’t know if it’s something serious. So you end up at doctors r er. Mine been the weak and head and feeling dizzy last 4 day the minute I open my eyes till I close them so. I been dealing with this for many years

Hi there! I've been in the ER many Times on account of anxiety physical symptoms. I read that the mind is messed up while under anxiety, it doesn't understand anxiety itself so it tells the body something's wrong, and just sends incorrect signals throughout the body creating random pain and physical symptoms as a result. The pain and symptoms are not pretend but real. Its just the messed up mind. Ive gotten the long list of symptoms from this Hell! The list of physical symptoms is Long. The Mind can send any type of pain or sensation to the body!

I agree with JaneN40 in listening to Dr Claire Weekes' videos on YouTube.

She also has a book "Hope & Help for Your Nerves". Her theory has been

proven to be the foundation for many of us, including myself. Acceptance

of Anxiety is the key in going forward.

I would like to add in my own experience, I found that being on the same

medication for years may have symptoms break through because our body

no longer responds to the medication. Just a thought to present to your

doctor. Also as time goes by, it is best to have yearly physicals to address

new issues. Wishing you well. :) xx

I was in the same position as you but in my case it wasn’t palpations I was having it was chest twitching and my acid reflux that was causing all my chest pain not saying that’s what you have but that just goes to show you that sometimes it can be more than anxiety I’m sure there is an explanation to what your feeling . My doctor referred me to a cardiologist to rule anything heart related out maybe ask your doctor to do the same . I’m sure there’s an explanation to what your feeling . Also you could have an vitamin deficiency . Have you had blood work done ?
