Okay I’ve heard others and also seen commercials of the afternoon slump, where you feel tored and want to sleep ... I don’t know if this is what I’m experiencing but at different times of the day I feel like someone has sucked the energy out of me.. my head feels foggy I feel drained and my body has no energy, sometimes I feel a bit shaky also... Is this the afternoon slump people talk about bc it always gives me anxiety... I wonder if it’s from being tired since I don’t sleep right or if I’m about to oassnout from something else?

I had this issue. I still do but It started getting better when I started getting better sleep. Having a bad night can mess with your energy and make you feel very fatigued. You can also try eating healthy foods that can give you more energy throughout the day.
I sleep bad... I sleep around 12-12:30 am then baby wakes up once or twice to drink and imnuo at 7 for kids school... never nap . I wonder if that’s what it’s from it always gets me anxious and last a few hours.. sometimes starts earlier in the day sometimes later .
Definitely, we need 7-8 hours of sleep or it can affect our health. Try to nap in the day when your baby takes a nap. Falling asleep an hour earlier can also help.

8 hous a night is the bare minimum but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be getting more. taking 1 or two short naps during the day and having snacks throughout paired with healthy meals is more natural. the “afternoon slump” is often a symptom of overworking. stress can make it difficult to sleep and stay asleep.
